me too, depressed, feel alone and scared too.
We are all here together though so not alone.
So many kind people here, so supportive and of course people get what depression, anxiety is like.
what gets you eventually to feel a tiny bit better? just for the moment?
music? funny show? call a hotline? a friend? a med?
hot shower. look at funny kitten videos? cry and get under covers
these are all things I do in depression.
and wait till time goes by. so relieved to go to sleep at night sometimes, have dreams that get things out of subconscious.
do you have a pet?
do you know what triggered this episode?
I like to look at that too for myself.

I hope we can take tiny steps, anything we enjoy, be very easy on ourselves, cozy up in bed, eat a special treat and feel tiny bit better tomorrow....xx

Hi. You are not alone. Many of us feel the same way. Hang in there. Deep breaths in & out. Excercise like a good walk helps sometimes. Prayer can be helpful or listening to nature sounds. Sunshine is good.
