I have panic disorder and agoraphobia. They say that stress can cause heart attack takotsubo syndrome even if I have a healthy heart. I'm constantly afraid of being scared because of this situation, please help me in case I get too scared and die.

Its right that prolonged and severe stress over many years can contribute towards heart problems. But not in your 20's! This is health anxiety talking.

If it helps then get it checked out by doctors, but believe them when they say you are fit and healthy.
