If I’m not exhausted or distracted with tv/music it is extremely hard to fall asleep.. I think of all my frustrations and can’t relax. One thing that helps is to listen to guided meditations on youtube. I focus on breathing and whatever they say and almost always end up falling asleep before it ends. Maybe trying to have relaxing routine before sleep like a shower, a cup of tea or water and listen to something in bed. And remember that sometimes, when we are scared, our mind can play tricks on us.

Uh, interesting name. I'm guessing that you're probably deficient in some nutrients. The following things affect sleep strongly: Potassium, magnesium, vit D & calcium. A supplement called melatonin encourages sleep by enhancing your serotonin to melatonin production. 3mgs an hour before bedtime is very helpful.Taking B complex during the day is beneficial too. I take B-50 complex everyday. If general stress and anxiety is a problem, extra B-5 (pantothenic acid) will help. Take 500mgs twice per day, once with your B complex, and the other dose at dinner. If you can arrange a blood test to find your vitamin/mineral levels, I recommend it. As I tell everyne, a 20 minute walk in the sun every morning is helpful. This resets your body's sleep/awake cycle back to normal. Avoiding caffeine, alcohol & drugs late at night is certainly helpful. Don't eat close to bedtime either. If you have to, a light snack is best. A banana or a few nuts or half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich are a few ideas....Talk is definitely good. I'm JEG 325. You can message me directly anytime you need to talk. I will answer if I'm able to. Take good care of yourself and remember that you are a real person and your life is important. The more you believe in yourself, the less frazzled you'll become. Here's wishing you plenty of good nights of sleep....
