This is your depression thinking. If you have people around you that look out for you, you might ask them for what you need at this time.
Moving away means extra stress that you might not cope with and could tip you into a worse mental place.
One of the best tips I have been given is to do the opposite of what you think. For example, if you don't feel like cooking eggs, get the pan out and the rest will follow.
Thank you blackcat64013 , the people around me are like the major issue, they are not helping instead they are adding pressure to the pressure around my neck, I really want to escape this whole thing.
Since I don't now your age or family status, I can't help much other than you need a vacation not a life-changing move. The symptoms are like depression. I remember those dizziness spells and anxiety. I trust you have a counselor or doctor to talk to. The usual healthy diet with fruits and vegetables and exercise and friends and relaxation exercises are a step to work on. For me it was always being consistent in my a spiritual life as described elsewhere.
First and foremost, focus on yourself. Try to find yourself something you like to do you know? Take care of yourself. All we have is us. You know know life is already hard enough.. Hope things get better. I've been through rough things also. Very hard but I'm grateful and I know someone has always got it worse. 😔 Try and do things you like. Things that make you feel good whether it's going, you know, doing something to your hair or whether it's something for the family. You know instead of drug abuse you know or resulting back to the same lifestyle that causes all the heartache and pain.
