Anyone want to check in about eating healthy meals, and not eating junk food?

When I'm depressed, I eat a lot of junk food, especially sugar-free sweets. I'll eat bags a day. Anyone want to check in about eating healthy food, and not eating junk food? I've had two bags of sugar-free sweets today. Now I've had two healthy smoothies, and next I will eat three cups of veggies. The smoothies and veggies are what I usually eat for lunch. I'll check in here once I'm done eating.

I can add suggestions because that's something I've always done is to eat healthy. Pat myself on the back for at least something thats working, right? And I've been getting kind of creative lately too. And if you're worried I might be "too healthy" to feel comfortable with, not. My favorite anything is sweet, so I live for dessert. And I smoke, ha!😄 But I'm game. I need the social conversations with people.

I have found “popcorn “! It’s something like 35 calories a cup. Nothing bad in it. I can eat the whole darn bag and not feel guilty.

I struggle with my own eating too. My BMI is literally like 39 or something. Recently though I been exercising and eating better. I definitely can tell you the gym helps with appetite and it can help you focus on what to eat like more protein. I also started taking men's vitamins, I find actually helps with my hunger and apparently food is absorbed better when you have proper supplements. Although the gym or regular exercise like liw intensity exercise is a very good start like the elliptical, or biking. Also CLB id right here popcorn is great and I'd agree. Although I wish I liked it more lol.

I've always eaten like.."clean good", lol, meaning stuff thats not processed. Usually fresh. I eat a ton of fruit.Lately I've been mixing Plain Greek Yogurt (nonfat or whole milk from walmart) , adding raw honey and lots of mixed fruits. I usually make enough to keep in the fridge and take a few bites throughout the day. I'm big on blueberries, raspberries, bananas, blackberries, pineapple. Sometimes I grill pineapple (soak in a little rum and brown sugar first) yum.
