I'm back home

I recently went to visit my parents that live 7 hours away. I made it back home yesterday. I didn't stay as long as I wanted and probably should have, but in any event I did make it there and back. I do feel that I have accomplished a lot during the trip and back, realizing I can do it. I still feel unease being back home, not sure why, but I will get through this too. Thanks for all the encouragement given by you all! Hope everyone is doing well 💗

Hi BlueAgave, that was Step 1 in the right direction that showed you that you

can do anything you want without repercussions. It was Anticipational Anxiety

playing into your thoughts before you went but you did it.

Now the uneasiness is coming from your subconscious mind that is surprised that

you over ruled your anxious thoughts. Just another lie. One win at a time will

put you back in control. Don't let Anxiety try to convince you differently.

Breathe and know You've Got This. :) xx

You have accomplished so much. You broke through the fear and did something uncomfortable for you. We can’t change things until we do something different.

Hi Ya:

Sounds like a good memory to recall the next time your mind tries to play a trick by representing a mountain of what is a mole hill. It might be a bit early in the year, but you should get out the sun bed so you can bathe in the glory of your achievement (if you happen to live in Alaska, please only take that advice figuratively).

More seriously, it is with such initial small victories that great change is implemented over time.

Thank goodness I don't live in Alaska! I plan to make many more small victories this year. Thank you for your response, it means a lot!
