I am sure it will be something you have already heard, but most people are just concerned with themselves. I recently returned to college and was feeling anxious about people judging me. But when I see other people who are older than me in college, I don't think they are weird, I just think they are doing something good for themselves. So people are judging you much less thank you think.
Something else that helped me is more self acceptance. Being OK with myself has made me less worried about what other people think.
Both of those things are stuff I work on with a counselor, and a good therapist can be a big help. I had to try several before I got a good one but it has been a massive help, so I recommend that if at all possible.
