just checked my emails are going into spam how do I stop this not very technical minded at all

There is usually an option you can set if something goes into your spam. Depends which e mail provider you use but some let you mark it as ' not spam' or you can click on the option to move it to your inbox .Hope this helps.

Can you tell us what app/program you are using for email? If it is Gmail, there is a button to click "Not Spam." If you are using Outlook, you can right-click on the message and then click on Junk, Never Block Sender. Each app/program has their own process for marking messages as not spam.

yahoo. I think I sorted it I added it to contacts as healthunlocked advise seems to be working as now getting notifications Thankyou
