Update!!

So today was a pretty good day for me, I went to work and had no sign of anxiety anywhere, the only downfall was I haven't got paid yet so my eating habits are far and few between. I ate a bag of chips today and drink some carbonated caffeine drinks. I'm home now and I ate a salad of baby greens mix, a more darker green rather than the usual iceberg, I put some turkey slices cut up in the salad and now my head and stomach are both feeling funny. I had a bout of constipation this past Sunday and I want to increase my fiber intake and change my diet for a number of reasons including my health and reducing stress and anxiety, does anyone know why I maybe feeling this way, My mind wants to tell me im nauseous and Im refusing to believe that because after having such a good day I want to have an even better night, thank you all for kinds words and encouragement, this group has really helped me understand myself more and has is very instrumental in me getting better everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions or reasons why I maybe feeling this way and some nutrition suggestions to improve my diet and regularity in bowel movements

Hi Ceaser Leone going back over your posts, I see you like your bag of chips :)

The salt, grease and fats aren't very good for your gut. Add to that caffeine drink

and you are bound to have stomach issues. Carbonation as well as caffeine can

bring on several anxiety symptoms. Also remember eating far and few between

can cause a lot of air/gas in your stomach that when you do eat, can make you feel

a little queasy. As for your head feeling funny, who knows. Even though your day

went well, we are human and can get symptoms without there being a definite

reason. I see it has been 2 hours since you wrote. Are you feeling any better?

As for eating high fiber foods for constipation, make sure that you include hydrating

with water during the day. It will help the fibrous foods do their job better.

Take care Ceaser....this advice is all from my own experience. I don't claim to be

a professional :) xx

For fibre you need to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. There are other sources too so google it. x

Is the anxiety causing you to not eat? I'm trying to figure out where the not eating is coming from.

You need to eat and drink plenty of fluids. Could your headache be from lack of food and fluid?

the anxiety is causing me not to eat for fear of vomiting, i was eating before it got real bad and after my second meal my stomach would hurt so bad. Now im trying to rebuild my appetite, its doing better, but Im trying to shake the fear of eating, because when i dont eat or wait to long to eat it makes my anxiety worse, just like im bout to eat for the second time today and im still nervous about doing so but i gotta eat, im gonna find something to drink with it because I dont have any

Have you tried smaller more frequent meals? As opposed to trying to sit down to something that overwhelms you, have something smaller every few hours.

Water is probably the best thing for you right now. You need to maintain your hydration. That should probably be your number one fluid.

I hope you start to feel better soon. I just read something you posted. A post of encouragement to someone. You certainly have been through a lot. I wish you well.

Ceaser has this been checked out by your doctor? Also if coming from

anxiety, I agree with Dolphin in having smaller more frequent meals can

help and/or using a Supplement Drink in between in order to avoid the

highs and lows of your metabolism. Also as Dolphin stated, water, water

and more water can also help avoid those headaches. Wish you well :) xx
