Confused and Heartbroken

I feel like my husband might be cheating on me… I do so much for him and I just feel like he doesn’t care and probably never did. He talks to this one girl constantly and then when I ask about it he denies it. They communicate through Snapchat of all places…. I love him and I seriously don’t understand why I’m being treated like crap. If it wasn’t for my babies, I probably would have been dead. No one should ever get treated the way I get treated.

so sorry for you situation. That ain’t. We need to cherish our spouses, especially the mother of our children.

Can I ask what is the dosage of Buspar your taking ?

Just for reference. I have Heavy duty anxiety. Doesn’t seem based on fear but .. who knows. Can’t find relief. I was on 5mg for a few years. Things got significantly worse in 2022 so ask doc to go to 10mg . No help. Ready to check out, went to hospital and they increased to 30 and 80-90% went away for over a year now.

I’d possibly suggest going up to whatever you can to see if you get sone relief. I was obviously way undermedicated for my particular anxiety. Depression gone too

Confront him and tell him straight out to have enough respect for you and what you did have together to move on if he isn't interested in your marriage and has other interests. Stop doing so much for him and get your own ducks in a row, take care of you and your needs.
