Hi... I heard about this site and decided to join and find a community that I can relate with. I carry a lot of trauma and have PTSD from family and relationships in my life. I tend to naturally suppress my emotions, but then something will just bring it all back and... I recently just had my big break- panic attack and suicidal thoughts all in one... sometimes I don't know how to control it. I just feel like exploding sometimes. Anyone have any tips and tricks to cut off the thoughts and calm down the panic attacks, feel free to chat and comment with me. I'll be around : ,)

Hi Dream6:

I am sorry you are having struggles. In my opinion, you have to go through some tough times before getting better. Are you taking any medications? Are you in therapy?

Please, please do not harm yourself. You have to believe you can get through this.

I too have trauma from family and two relationships. How many times can one ask for help with a difficult subject matter and my thoughts of possible solutions and be ignored. They see anxiety and done depression and think my problem solving skills have gone away. I have recently found med help and have closed off communication with the ignoring ones.

Sad but haven’t felt this good in 28 years

I don’t have any amazing answers but rest assured if you keep looking eventually they will happen
