life isnt great depression is kicking my butt feeling sad and guilty for no reson i fell like a disappointment and failure to my friends and family i often think it would be easier and better for eveyone if i was dead

I had these thoughts about a week ago, they had slowly gotten worse over time and it got to a point where I had to reach out to someone because I was ready to take the next step to no longer feel anything.

The feeling of being nothing and a disappointment consumed me and absolutely crushed me. Life is a fucking hard battle, and I have definitely been slipping recently. There are ways to fight depression, I am currently working on it myself. I don't want to feel this way, and you should want to not feel it either. You are not alone.

I am happy to listen to you, and I am sure many people are happy to listen to you. Talking about your problems with other people even if they're online strangers helps. And we are here to help.
