Someone talk to me

So I'm having an panick attack I just want someone to talk to me. Is it my heart or just a panic attack? Please help.

Is anyone with you? Can you breath? Call someone! It’s probably a panic attack. You breathing heavily? Heart racing? Breath into a paper bag. It’ll calm your breathing.

My kids are with me but I felt like I'm a die i was all lightheaded felt like something is stuck in my throat and chest.

Sounds like a panic attack. Talking helps, so does journallling. But right now, breathe through your nose only, not your mouth because you’ll breathe too fast. Then try to relax your stomach as you breathe through your nose. That will calm your body. When you start to deel better, grab a pen and paper. Start writing about what you were doing in the minutes or hour before the attack began. Many times you’ll see something that upset you or something you weren’t aware was troubling you. Write your feelings, not thoughts, about those things. Often, I am not aware of my true feelings, and they will be revealed when I write.

Another thing is, once you feel ok, look up relaxation techniques on google. They can help, but not during a panic attack. You need to practice them daily.

Hey there, Ive been there and even gone to the hospital several times to be told I’m fine.. since then, for me, I clear my mind and take deep breaths, also a cold washcloth on the forehead helps, might work for you as well, certainly worth a try :)

Ok I'm a try it. But I was good all day and then suddenly I got this feeling like something is going to happen to me.

I was lightheaded, nausea, I keep feeling like theirs something stuck in my throat and chest. And then I felt like something was going to happen to me. Oh and my heart skipped a beat a few times.

Espinoza,, that's definitely a panic attack,please take deep breaths and spell them out slowly,like they said breath in a paper bag your own Co2

I'm still feeling the after affects of the panic attack. I hate it I feel like it wants to come back. I know it's not my heart I've had it checked more than once.

I get this every day smh I have had anxiety Disorders and panic attacks since I was 12 try taking a deep breath and hold it for 20 seconds and the breath out slowly repeat this a couple times it helps me

Ok thank you I'm trying. But what's bothering me is the knot in my throat. Like food is stuck their. And the funny feeling in my chest.

I get the choking feeling a lot I drink a whole bottle water then I feel a little better anxiety is a crazy thing smh it’s scary as hell I don’t take anything for it by choice

Yes it is scary. I didnt realize how bad it affects everything in my body. I hate when I feel like I'm a die. Like God just make it stop.

I just take xanax and my CBD oil. Xanax is only for when I can't handle the anxiety. The CBD oil is everyday it actually helps but today was just a bad day.

Cbd oil is hemp oil you should look it up it has helped me alot.

Use the 4-7-8 method. It works wonders. Deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat repeat repeat

When something like that happens, take deep breaths and keep calm, it will start slowing down.

It is quite normal you need someone to talk to. When I feel like this I go to my local railway station and talk to the ticket officer. Following a jolly discussion about destinations I buy a ticket and talk to someone else on the train. The train arrives at the beach and I talk to people on Bournemouth Pier. It's good to talk ... and get out of the house!
