Is anyone with you? Can you breath? Call someone! It’s probably a panic attack. You breathing heavily? Heart racing? Breath into a paper bag. It’ll calm your breathing.
My kids are with me but I felt like I'm a die i was all lightheaded felt like something is stuck in my throat and chest.
Sounds like a panic attack. Talking helps, so does journallling. But right now, breathe through your nose only, not your mouth because you’ll breathe too fast. Then try to relax your stomach as you breathe through your nose. That will calm your body. When you start to deel better, grab a pen and paper. Start writing about what you were doing in the minutes or hour before the attack began. Many times you’ll see something that upset you or something you weren’t aware was troubling you. Write your feelings, not thoughts, about those things. Often, I am not aware of my true feelings, and they will be revealed when I write.
Another thing is, once you feel ok, look up relaxation techniques on google. They can help, but not during a panic attack. You need to practice them daily.
Hey there, Ive been there and even gone to the hospital several times to be told I’m fine.. since then, for me, I clear my mind and take deep breaths, also a cold washcloth on the forehead helps, might work for you as well, certainly worth a try

I get this every day smh I have had anxiety Disorders and panic attacks since I was 12 try taking a deep breath and hold it for 20 seconds and the breath out slowly repeat this a couple times it helps me

I get the choking feeling a lot I drink a whole bottle water then I feel a little better anxiety is a crazy thing smh it’s scary as hell I don’t take anything for it by choice
Yes it is scary. I didnt realize how bad it affects everything in my body. I hate when I feel like I'm a die. Like God just make it stop.
Use the 4-7-8 method. It works wonders. Deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat repeat repeat

It is quite normal you need someone to talk to. When I feel like this I go to my local railway station and talk to the ticket officer. Following a jolly discussion about destinations I buy a ticket and talk to someone else on the train. The train arrives at the beach and I talk to people on Bournemouth Pier. It's good to talk ... and get out of the house!
