Someone please talk
The cause and seriousness depends on what you were doing at the time, like sleeping where sinus arrhythmia is common with those with sleep apnea. Its just like a missed beat or untimely, not regular like a clock. With the fast beat too, where you going upstairs, or drinking soda or smoking?the Holter is designed to record when and time and usually they ask you to write down the event and what you were doing when it happens. Also, what were the reasons you had the test? Were you having symptoms? And how old are you and how numerous were they? What did they tell you the next step was?
This was 3 years ago I had it fitted I’ve had all the tests and they say it’s my anxiety
What are pac’s
It's a premature beat, like two beats or more back to back, which is pretty common too.
Awww thank you so much for your reply’s I’m just sat here crying it’s just nice to talk to someone cause the doctors I feel tho k oh she’s here again, I’ve not had one off them beats for ages I get the flutters but this one was different and it really panicked me, been a stressful week so I’m not surprised, got a lot going on, if u ever need to talk i will gladly listen to you
Thank you. Those are common when infrequent but I get them too and they do stun you for a second. If you feel a flutter that just keeps repeating for some time then I would go to the er but that is something entirely different.
Thank you, mine are just out off the blue happen anytime on my report it says SVE’s are these the same as PVS
Yes, same thing. It's just referring to the chamber of the heart it's coming from.
Well thank you for putting my mind at ease, I’ve just got this constant anxiety now but hopefully it will go away soon, I’m 32 I’ve cancelled family holidays because off this I’m just so sick off myself, how are you today? Don’t want this conversation to be all about me, where are u from x
Your welcome. I'm good. I'm at work. I've been a surgical nurse for 26 years and I am living in Texas 🤠
Also used to interpret holters and administer physical and chemical stress tests. 😌
Oh really? So do u think it’s my anxiety? How do I stop them from happening, do u think I’m causing them myself, I always seem to burp and have a bad stomach wen their really bad. I like in the uk it’s horrible weather outside, sorry to bother u at work
It can be anxiety but more often triggered by caffeine, tobacco, illness, dehydration etc. No, you are not causing it unless you are getting too much nicotine and otherwise.
