Does anyone else find Sundays difficult

I find that Sunday is the hardest day of the week for me. Without any family left and the few friends I have are all busy with their families on Sunday. I was just wondering if anyone else had a specific day that brings you down? I wish everyone a good Wednesday.

With me it's Tuesday that gets me down as for me should things go wrong more than likely it will strike on a Tuesday!

Monday I don't mind nor Wednesdays either and we do a Wellbeing Wednesday most weeks where we do self care things when we can fit them in for things to look forward to and to break the week up.

Sundays I don't mind as I find them a nice opportunity for peace and quiet myself.

I really struggle with sunday night anxiety. I often start feeling anxious about going back to work and if I stay up and eat crap I am often depressed the whole week or most of it... argh

When I worked I had the Sunday night anxiety and dread if I had to travel on Monday. A pint of ice cream would be good right now!
