Going through a rough spell

Anyone else ever go through bouts where your symptoms are with you 24-7? Your sleep isn’t consistent because you wake up during the night. As much as I try to smile and keep going, sometimes I can’t because I just don’t feel like myself. Getting ready for Christmas but I don’t know where my normally bubbly active self is. I have been through a lot at work lately so may be part of it. Good vibes needed
