- I suffer from anxiety and depression and it's not a good place to be💔😢. Sometimes people don't believe me when I tell them. I struggle; It can be hard to live with me & to be around me when I get like this and I know it. I try my best to control it. I manage to get strong but sometimes I break. So if you see me very quiet, I'm not being rude, I'm not mad at you, you're not bothering me, I may just need a minute to myself.
It's okay to not be okay, tell someone you're not okay. (It's okay).
Hopefully, some friends will put this on their wall. You just have to copy...

Hello M thank you for reaching out 🤗you don't often your usually a positive force on here I often feel like posting as you have but don't I'm also at a low ebb now this time of year doesn't help do you find this effecting you sending hugs 🤗✨🌟
It definitely affects me....but it is more of the route mother nature takes instead of the actual holidays....Right now is the Go to work in the dark go home from work in the dark phase....it sometimes makes my world very dark.....
and for the record....I have become very good at putting up a facade....luckily for me....the few people I've let get close to me can see through my sometimes fake smile.....they're good at getting me focused
Yes I know by your posts I don't like to be one of the world's moaners my people close to me can tell if I'm not myself too and as you say get me foccused my mam suggests and offers to take me out for little meals and days out to break the often endless DIY days spent in doors up and the boredom of winter, I'm not getty my alerts until I press although I did get your last one, I've got the elec fire on in one room monitoring my smart metre still sorting drafts 🙄hope you have a warm night and good sleep I'm bed early woke up in a sweat heart pounding ok now tho,sorry for the moan 🙄😁
