I feel like crying and very much purposeless for being unemplyed for more than 6 months

i feel like crying and but not able to upskill in my job sometimes i feel that i m useless to my family but i have look forward to my son . he also needs me . i wish i could upskill and manage my job.

i have bought udemy courses but found no motivation for them. i am again trying to complete those from today . pray for me and wish me good luck

i feel a lot of motivation today as i read how our emotions and action create depression and i have determined to take positive actions now onward for my son and and my family.
