I would always suggest that if you are worried about anything related to your medication you should speak with your doctor.

Ok. Thank you dear brother. But the problem is, my doctor is not available now, in my country doctors are not kind, they just interested in their fee. They not listen patient story or feelings

I think I will observe til tomorrow morning. If any problem then I will stop Lexapro. I will use only Xanax.

That sounds like a good idea

lexapro can cause feelings of euphoria when you first start it, for some people. It also can cause loss of appetite, insomnia, headache and an overall sense of sedation that can feel really good and be interpreted as “being happy.” It will level out. When you’ve felt bad for a long time, feeling good can feel really weird. It’s also strange to have all the brain activity quieted. That’s what it does.

Lexapro is a really great SSRI. I think once you settle in around 6-8 weeks you’re gonna feel much better.

A lot of folks can feel much worse or better at first and everyone responds differently. As long as you aren't experiencing anything scary and can still function, I'd wait to talk to your doctor before making any changes to the meds you are taking. At least you're feeling better! ;-)
