Feeling alone an not wanting to be around anyone at the same time..

Going through so much at once and struggling with feeling alone but not being able to handle talking and being around certain people at the same time is frustrating to say the least..

I don't even want to take phone calls today I talked myself out of going to a park to just sit outside because I didn't want to cry in public it feels ridiculous but idk wtf to do

I understand completely, I want to go outside and do things but as soon as I leave all I want to do is go back home anyway.
