Currently I am struggling really bad with depression and I feel so alone. my medication is not regulated at the moment due to trying to get the right combination. I just came out of residential treatment 2 weeks ago and ever since then I have been struggling with the transition back to society. I am getting ready to start a brand new medicine called spravato that I finally got approved for. Has anyone ever tried it? Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to help deal with the depression while I am in the process of getting my medication right?

I have Bipolar Depression, PTSD, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder and am suffering daily like Purple and would be interested in Nami that you mentioned in your post and the hotline number. Could you give it to me please? Thanks so much
hotline you can call them if you need someone to talk to you don't have to be suicidal not me if you were in the United States they should have like a number you should call online I don't know what state you are in or if you were in the United States because I think they only work in the United States for Nami and I'm not sure about the hotline if you're in the United States you can call them
