My family has unfortunate news. My grandfather has just passed away. He lived a genuine happy life and lived his whole life with faith in God in his actions and words. Bless be to God for having him in my life.

Don't be afraid to grieve, and don't let anyone tell you to 'Get over it'; grief takes it's own time; for some folk it's not long, for others I can consume their life.

Queen Victoria was one whose grief was all consuming, she mourned Prince Albert until the day she died.

You will feel better in good time, don't try to rush it.
