I was on Pristiq for 3 months,did not the way it made me feel,muscle tremors,twitching headaches,tightness in chest,been off it for 5 days still getting tremors and weakness in my hands.Did anyone experience similar symptoms,I would appreciate any input,Thanks.

I've been on it for a number of years now and it has worked well for me, no side affects. Sometimes our anxious thinking can make us hyperfocus on our physical sensations and blow them up out of proportion so that could also explain your symptoms.

Each person responds differently to different medications. Some may get bad side effects while others don't. At one point I was on Wellbutrin and it gave me tremors and muscle twitching. It took a few weeks for the symptoms to go away once I was taken off it. Thanks to another treatment method I am no longer on meds.

Hi I was on Pristiq for many years

I had no problems

Your dosage may need to be reduced

I can't remember exactly the amount possibly 50 milligrams
