I’m in the home office and it’s super cold there. I guess my feet or legs get super cold that when I go to bed my feet start to tremble. Maybe I should walk for a few minutes before going to bed?
Walking for a few minutes should get the circulation going again. Try wearing a little warmer clothing and socks when you’re going to spend any length of time in your office. See if that helps.
Have you had your thyroid checked to see if it is functioning properly? Some of the symptoms you are describing are the same as thyroid issues. You should also make sure your hormones (testosterone) and adrenals are functioning properly. All three of these can cause or contribute to depression/anxiety if not functioning well.
I was thinking that too. But last year I was having the same exact issues so my doctor did some blood test to check my thyroid and it came back normal.
Good for you for ruling that out. It can also be the affects of anxiety. What helped me with the anxiety was learning to no longer fear the anxious thoughts and feelings and the DARE anxiety book and youtube videos are good for that.
