It’s easy to put emphasis on problems or put ourselves down but let’s help out the mind body and soul by picking out things that are going right…and that we are doing right…
My kids are happy and to me that is my perfect world.
I have my homeschool curriculum picked out for next year already and it includes a lot of nature study and great literature that I’m excited to teach.
I practiced compassion and worked physically very hard today and I deserve the rest I give myself.
My dad is recovering from his falls… while I was on vacation he decided to climb a ladder and fell but got back up again and fell again. I have been really looking after him and for a while he couldn’t walk at all…I’m blessed and proud to be able to be well enough to take all the extra stuff on and that he is doing so much better now.
The vacation I had a few weeks ago (pic is up top) was so much fun and I feel like it was showing me how capable I am these days.
Im thinking of adopting a new kitten or two.
So what’s good in your world?

I raised my son to be independent loving respectable and to study hard. It is paying off he made the deans list at college and he is so smart thay he became an ra and room and board are free next semester. He treats his gf with kindness and is the best boyfriend to her.
My dad is healthy he us 63 and helps me out in times of need. Also my step mom stwps in and helps me out too. They are both healthy and physically active and can run circles around me which I'm proud of they are doing so healthy.
My grandma has a wound on her leg but she gets all the help she needs and family takes care of her I'm thankful I still have a loving grandmother .
I was able to purchase a awd vehicle last year and keep up on the payments. I have a condo and I have never missed a mortgage payment or a credit card payment . I'm good with paying bills and managing my own and supporting my son in a single income household.
I am very proud of how well my son is doing in life and our great relationship together.
We had 70 mph winds ripped through town last night. Half the people in this town are without power. But mine came back on at 10:00 a.m. I have just been so joyful just having electricity and air conditioning on this 95° day.
I love ❤️ this post! I'm happy for you ☺️. What's good for me is that I had a medium functioning day, which is basically not isolating, doing household chores, using coping skills, and I ate soup today! (which is a big deal bc i have emetophobia and it's been destroying me but not today!)
My kids, that's another story for another time but, they're healthy. I love my cat and, she's doing better from her illness. And, my family is healthy.
Sorry, I hope this doesn't come off as a negative reply. Thank you, again for this post! ❤️ hugs!!!!🙂
Yes I work 7 days a week to keep a roof over my head, food in the fridge. But I’m exhausted and at times feel sad and lonely. I ‘m happy I’m on HU and have PM friends. I’m happy when I listen to music I like. I don’t feel like Sally Sunshine
I am happy that I am part of a large extended family( Canada, America, Ireland, New Zealand and UK) and that we have all come together not physically but emotionally following the death of my brother last week.
So awesome large families are a blessing and I apologize I didn’t read properly before when I responded and I’m really so so sorry about your brother. 😔 ((((((((((big hug))))))))))))
