An uneasy feeling- very disarming.

I recently graduated from a Master's program, and I've not been doing well since graduation. I have to start my job search ASAP as I'm an international student in the US and don't have much time. I haven't been able to get up and start working as this anxiety has been very dominating. I also had burnout after the program was over, as the last few months were extremely stressful. I have been diagnosed with Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) in the past and took therapy as well. I want to work on this on my own, and currently, I feel helpless. Would love to hear any advice!
