I posted for the first time yesterday explaining briefly my struggles with anxiety. Since that one post so many lovely community members have commented/replied or reached out in chat to me. I'm so glad I chose to finally reach out to the community and I'd like to say thank you!
Today was still filled with anxiety but a couple of small things that felt felt positive.... I made calls and dealt with paperwork I've been ignoring for months and did some of the housework I usually ignore just to crawl back into my bed when the anxiety is too much. It's not much but it's a lot more than I've done in quite some time
I really feel sharing how I felt has helped make me feel that I'm not alone and that their is a way through this, even if it was in just doing those small things today.
