Need to see the finish line

I have dealt with anxiety and panic disorder my whole life but never this bad. A few years ago I had a medical scare and ever since that time my anxiety and panic is through the roof! I feel like my body is telling me there is something else wrong but when I go to doctor he says it's just anxiety and gives me more anxiety meds which give me more anxiety. I have never been on anxiety meds before! I am currently trying another one but it's making me feel more anxious and honestly just plain ill. They say it will pass but I think I feel better not on meds. Of course the anxiety and panic are still there but I guess that feel almost normal compared to what these meds are doing. I would love to here your thoughts.
