Being weary of my friend

Last week I was able to work with a close friend of mine usually I have to work with two bullies at work and they're constantly slamming and kicking things causing my ptsd to get and I have ear plugs on right. Fortunately I can hear everything so even with the ear plugs on so every single day my friend would like kick the garbage can like a couple of times a day and she knows that kind of affects me I don't know if she's doing that on purpose or not but I'm not sure

Ask her. ask her to stop it is juvenile.

Hi Twinkly, this continously happens. The manager and supervisor supports them

what is the job? You don’t have to be specific…why do they kick objects? Is it stressful? Physical ? While I love my headphones…all day to accommodate rude people? No. I’d at least be looking if the company won’t support me.

I work in the Mailroom and I worked there for about 25 years in the mail room and total years at that company 31 I mean 32 and 4:30 one of those years I've been bleeding harassed and one in the number one bully I have I have to work with still and he actually makes it worse for me too and I should have complained about it a long time ago cuz I've been bullied the entire time if that workplace and harassed and I know they've complained about me being out till working on medical because of both of them don't like working in both of them are lazy and they're doing anything because the manager and supervisor support them fully and the person below them that they're doing anything to get me out of the agencies that I work for I'm not sure it's a ulcer has not gotten better because of my work stress and life stress and the podiatrist surgeon is not very good either I am seriously looking for another podiatrist because I think if it gets any worse than you might have to amputate

Talk to the supervisor. tell him/her that the excessive noise makes it hard for you to concentrate on your job. make a discrete recording of the conversation, make a discrete recording of the racket first. you are building a case to take to Human Resources. it is harassment. you need to follow the chain of command- supervisor- HR

Hi Raggedy, Thank you for the really great advice. Seriously thinking about it. Especially with my two co-workers problem is that my supervisor and manager support them and the person below supervisor does too. it's like they want to get rid of me. I think they have complained about me being gone due to my ulcer on my foot and it hasn't healed properly and the podiatrist surgeon I went to made it worse by cleaning it out and cutting into it and he's told me that the last time I had a little through pain I'm sorry I've been seriously I'm thinking about going to someone else because I don't want to you know to get any worse I just wanted to thank you for your good advice I really appreciate it hope you're doing well your buddy, G

whatever you do don’t take it to HR. Hr protects the employer not employee. Take it to a lawyer. The mere threat of a lawsuit will either get them to change or get you a settlement to pay your medical bills. That could be a letter or a meeting

You also need FMLA protection. Talk to your doctor about it. Then do not share anything about health specific issues. It gives you time off and protects you from being fired for it. Look it up online or seek out help locally.

Thank you. First I have to meet with my boss which I'm not looking forward to because I know she's going to side with the two people I work with and then I was going to go to eeo to file something. My supervisor has been backing away from me for the past several months I'd say about maybe six or seven of them I know she really can't stand me and the thing is I have six more months till retirement and then I have to wait like another until like August 28th. Everything is about FMLA is that I don't have any leave at all due to medical issues and the thing is I can't take leave without pay so I'm kind of stuff
