Finally did it

After trying a couple of times and giving up due to anxiety attacks, I have finally taken my rubbish bags down to the rubbish chute.

After a bad chest infection (2 weeks of antibiotics and steroids) I have been feeling very weak, shaky and short of breath, it doesn't seem a lot taking my rubbish out but the thought of going down a flight of stairs and along the walkway to the chute filled me with dread.

But I managed it, legs shaking and holding on to the rail for grim death so feeling very pleased with myself,

Steeling myself for my next project, taking the recycling all the way to the ground floor to the recycling bins.
