I embarrassed myself today I got so angry had a set back and I tell you got really angry but had time. To process and. In the past I would've let that get to me. But today I did forgave myself and I am human and make mistakes show some grace

That's not easy to do, especially when you're angry in the heat of the moment.

Nice job on being compassionate to yourself. It seems topping to reflect was a great benefit to you. Sometimes when we get too emotional, we lose the rational part of our thinking. Afterwards, we have time to look back and sometimes trace where things took a wrong turn.

That's great you were able to show yourself some self compassion. That does help in the job of healing from anxiety and depression.

Setbacks are part of the journey. Move up a space and then back down 2. Move up 2 go back 1. But as long as you keep going, know that you are human, have that awareness and show compassion. I believe you will get far. ❤️🫂
