Is there an on-call number for your doctor that you can call before Monday. To see if they want you back on a higher dose. Can you get out and take a brisk walk that releases endorphins. Listen to some great music. I know just how bad you feel and I'm so sorry you're in such a bad place.

I know exactly how your feeling, you’ve got this 💪

I did the switch from e citalopram 20mg to 100mg stertraline.. it will get better hang in thereIf you need to keep posting for some support then go ahead we will all be here to listen.

Medication changes are hard. Our bodies get used to one, and then when it changes, it's almost like we start over. Give your body time to re-accustom itself to the change. You say it's only been a week. That it unfortunately nothing compared to what it normally is (which is 3-4 weeks and maybe more depending on the medication).

Peace and blessings to you. I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. When I first started taking citalopram I was on an emotional roller coaster as well. My dr it would take about 3 weeks for my system to balance itself out. And it did. Make sure you see the dr tomorrow. We are all here for you. 💜💜💜

Maybe a direct switch was the wrong way to go? In any case, it takes time to adjust. Try calling a pharmacist for advice. I've always found them helpful. That being said, I took two doses of citalopram and spent those two days vomiting and feeling more depressed and anxious than before. That may have been because my prescriber was not a psychologist and didn't know what he was doing. I really sympathize with you. I hope you feel better soon

I presume you changed medication slowly?
