So I just wrote a post on PEACE but soon after started worrying like crazy about the future anxious and sadness but It’s really such a skill to be worked on to stay in the present which brings back the PEACE
Tip for the day- I’ve come back to a good place from deep breathing in the past so I am doing that and remembering to trust the process since we don’t know what the future holds. All we can do is our best to be a good person and do what we feel is the right thing to do in situations.
