So I just wrote a post on PEACE but soon after started worrying like crazy about the future anxious and sadness but It’s really such a skill to be worked on to stay in the present which brings back the PEACE
Tip for the day- I’ve come back to a good place from deep breathing in the past so I am doing that and remembering to trust the process since we don’t know what the future holds. All we can do is our best to be a good person and do what we feel is the right thing to do in situations.

I think it's easier said than done to not worry about tomorrow. But I have to live for the day really or I'd lose my nut. Tomorrow isn't here yet, and with my health, it's a daily thing....so if I'm okay today... that's good enough. I can't worry about tomorrow because it isn't hear yet. We always worry about how we are going to pay a bill, or deal with stuff... but you know... in my almost 70years... it always has seemed to work itself out somehow, maybe not the way we always want it to, but I'm still here, so I must be doing something right.
Worry is awful! Dealing with things as they come along is difficult enough. I'm glad you've reminded me to trust in what has helped in the past. I love that you shared things that help you with me. I get confused and forget what to do.
Ask any time you want to know what you could do and I will give some ideas. There are so many things to choose from that may help one time but a different one may help another. You could make a list and keep it in the same place always a list of things that have helped you so you can try again. Love ya
