My biggest challenge is mood swing and tension. When I go out to the public I get this tension and I just try my best to stay calm. I try to put a smile on my face because my mood swing won't let me focus on a particular mood. But I take every day as a challenge that I am feeling better when I give it a try.

Yes life is difficult, especially now with the virus. I applaud you for your resilience, do not forget there are Dr's out there that can help you, when I went thru a period of bipolar , my Psych. Dr. put me on lithium and it sorted me out. So do not feel insecure and look for help, it is out there. Mental health if finally being looked on as an illness. So go and get the help your need.
