I GOTTA BE HONEST I BEEN HAVING CRYING SPELLS ABOUT EVERYDAY I DO HAVE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION THIS YEAR BEEN ROUGH AND AT 1 TIME IN MY LIFE I WAS STRONG COURAGEOUS A GO TOO PERSON BUT I BROKE 💔 AND NOW I SUFFER FROM THESE ISSUES ......EVEN THOUGH I MAY CRY IT RELIEVES ALOT ON WHAT I BEEN WITHHOLDING INSIDE FOR DECADES...IM STILL THE SAME GUY BUT JUST BROKEN IN LIFE .....IM JUST PEELING BACK MY EMOTIONS PIECE BY PIECE..SMH🙏🏾🙏🏾😥

Hi Oscar, im so sorry you are having a rough time i also cry on daily bases. We must have some inner strengh to keep us here.

You are strong, There is a reason for you to be here. Ive been struggling for the last 15 years with Severe Anxiety and Severe Depression and Ptsd. The last two years has gotten worse. Due to my depression i have not cared abput my health.
