Anxiety circle not breaking up

dealing with anxiety in continuation since last 10days now , with 4-5 panic attacks even during sleep. no medicine helping,no breathing exercise!! Just trying continuously to hold up myself. It's not killing me or allowing to live. How much I hate it😖😖😞😣😫😡

Any ideas on what may be triggering it? I hope it subsides soon. Somtimes if we can identify the triggers it becomes a little easier to manage

The most helpful thing you can do is realize that anxiety truly is a paradox and the more you feed it with anxious thoughts and try to get rid of it the more it will persist. Try to not feed it with anxious thoughts, surrender to it and get uncomfortable with the uncomfortable feelings of it. And yes, you read that right. The more you try to control it the more you maintain it. The other thing is to get on with the normal routine of your life in spite of it. Also, eliminate caffeine and sugar at least temporarily from your diet.
