I have been working in a great self-help book called, 'Buy Yourself the F***in Lillies' by Tara Schuster. In it, she asks the reader to ask themselves:
1. What are my principles?
2. From Where do I draw my Self Esteem?
This is a really fascinating topic for me, and I am working my way through answering the questions. I am curious... what are YOUR principles? What gives you confidence, or self-esteem?
This is super hard to answer, and maybe it is even fluid for some of us. But, what makes you.. you?

I think that I agree with the author in that our morals, principles and ethics can be fluid at times. The author says that we are evolving daily and that we change with each new experience we encounter- whether good or bad.
For me, I don't prescribe to any religion, so I think I am more philosophical in my ethics.
