I’m getting panic attacks just laying here ugh

darn it darn it I get this intense fear and like tunnel vision that just comes over me the fear it’s horrible why does this all keep changing it makes me jump up for a second

If laying down gives you panic attack then stand up. Drink some water, take a walk, get some fresh air. No reason to ask why, it’s a disorder.

Try and do something to take your mind off it, easy to say but it does help

feel for ya big time...only way and this is juist me......mr dumb dumb.....only way i know what to do is go get busy with projects, desirngs drawing to help turn off those concerns and block them......or go plan a party for soemoen or whatever...get me thinking about something else....

im anotjudgng for a second....plannign a paiintg i get soo engrosed ti helps me forget my worries which get worse when im bored .....paintng a detailed flower.....may not solve worlds problems but help me not thik about stuff.....thats me tho...

My anxiety is mild, but even with that I can imagine what you’re going through. There have been times when I thought I was going to die. I’d wake up in the middle of the night having a panic attack. I would get my dog Bailey and walk & walk til I felt better. I’d get in my head and it would just continue to get really bad. I had to do something to get out of my head. I realize that coping mechanisms for some don’t work for others. Just keep looking for things that may help you. Try not to just sit and focus on it.
