Alone with People

I've found lately that I feel distant from those closest to me (except my children), husband, sister's, friends, co-workers, I feel this big time.

Feels like there is some invisible barrier between me and the people closest to me.

I'm finding that it's easier and more natural to talk or chat with people I don't know.

Anyone else familiar with this?

When people that you care about take no active interest in your life, it can wipe you out and kill your self confidence, I know everyone is busy , maybe it’s a curse of a modern society. Hang in there your not alone
