what is going on? You can share with us. Most of the people are mean to people like us. So we should just avoid them as much as possible.

My husband told our insurance guy that he wanted to pay only his half of the insurance bill or his wife (me) would yell at him if she had to pay his insurance.

Why would anyone tell something private to your insurance guy?

And my autistic sister asked if I burned the cookies I was making? I know she can’t help herself from saying that but it still hurt. I’m her caregiver.

I want to call off Christmas. I don’t want to make dinner or open presents. This was the first Christmas I was looking forward to in about ten years.

Husband telling outsiders what is going on inside home is not acceptable. You need to talk to him and set boundaries.

Don't call off Christmas. Try to enjoy as much as possible. At least it makes little better for you.

I understand. I’ve considered moving to a different state and the thing always in my “pros” Column is choosing whether or not to be around for holidays. Family is a tough thing to deal with sometimes. I wish you luck.

Yes my family were very mean, personally I feel I would rather be alone, away from those who cause stress over the Christmas Period. Although I am very lucky I have my Wife and Dog who seem to light up a room with positive thoughts.

Heaven forbid a call from my remaining family, that would be a negative Christmas experience
