I need some help getting out of my head. Not in a good place right now. I feel people are messing with my only way of having support right now and I'm getting a bit discouraged.

Sorry you are going through this. Maybe going for a walk or run could help you feel better. Walking for at least 30 min helps me manage my anxiety.
Funny -- Same thing with me. I either walk outside or on a treadmill.
I find it very relaxing to walk. One of the best things.
Totally, it is great for your body, mind and spirit. you can do it almost anywhere. in any shoes. for as long as you want and as fast as you want. What other exercise does all THAT!?
Hi and good morning. I can understand and relate to how you're feeling. Start off with 30 seconds of mindful breathing and remind yourself that you're good enough and stronger than your anxiety. Journal your progress throughout your day and reflect on accomplishments you achieved today no matter how small. You did it, you are going to push back on your anxiety and self doubt. I'm doing the same. But remember a failed day is only a brush with defeat not a permanent label. Reset, regroup and repeat to yourself that my anxiety doesn't define me and i will embrace my strength AND my weaknesses. Set small attainable goals and at bedtime write down 3 things that made you proud and 3 things to achieve in the next day. Put your notes in a jar and at the end of the month take them out and reflect on your achievements and treat yourself to something nice. Remember you're not alone in this. I'm here anytime. You describe me better than i can. Espessially that people are messing with the only way i get support and i need support a lot. Also i'm in my head and my head isn't a good place. You're not alone. And remember it's in your head, it can't hurt you. Ground yourself, look around and think where you are and what you think of this place. Take a walk. Take a shower. Sing. Dance. Get creative. Doodle. Paint. Write it out. As a journal. Or as a story about fictional things. Or poetry. Talk with someone If it's something specific. Guided meditations. Just breathe. Water your plants. Tea. A distraction like an episode of something, song, movie, videogame. I'm giving a variety because i don't know what works for you. Sometimes those things don't work for me. I'm too much in my head. But sometimes missing to do 1 of them daily messes me up. Find your thing. And feel free to tell me what it is. I'm here If needed x
