I've anxiety and OCD on very bad condition eventhough I'm surviving everyday. I've not been able to study for years now. I can't concentrate or focus. I feel bad that I'm cheating my parents despite the effort and opportunities they give to me.
It's not that I don't want to study. It's just that my heart wants to study but my mind won't allows it. My mind says not going to happen, it's impossible. I can't even understand if I'm being lazy. I don't have a clue what's my problem is.
Despite of all this, I dream that one day I might be able to go abroad and study, explore and do other things. I'm worried that would my dreams ever come true?

I just went back to school after ten years. Learning to study again has been super hard. I’ve found if I make a schedule with a lot of breaks for movement and breathing, it helps. Also sitting on one of those exercise balls and bouncing. Good luck to you! Are you in school now or dreaming of it?
I'm in college for B A English in my final semester. Final exams starts in 2 day. I've more than 10 failed papers from previous semesters. It's such a hard thing. The reason I'm looking forward to studying abroad is that I've heard that the education system on western countries are different mine. I'm my system, all they care about is marks. I've to study everything by heart without learning what I'm studying. So, it's been pretty bad.
oh, so what sort of treatment you are on? if you haven't visited then you must consult a doctor. You might have ADHD you need a medical diagnosis to clear out. Until then you can do coping methods(diverting your mind, healthy sleeping cycle, eating habits, and find something interesting whatever you like, and don't think negatively about yourself I am sure these steps might help you) to help your anxiety and depression/OCD. Other than that therapy is always the best option to deal with mental health issues. Keep us updated about your health.Best of luck.
