Hi guys , if you have read my bio you would have seen that I am coping with anxiety , thoughts and incidents from my past , as I told I was overweight , used to walk on my toes and use do slouch , till i was 21 , but now it has been one year I learnt how to walk properly heel to toe and how to walk without slouching but the problem is I feel bad what others might be thinking about me , they might think I was a weired guy , I want to stop thinking about my past , I want to appreciate that I have come a long way I improved myself , what should I do, please help me , suggest me how can I think less about my past and focus on my present .

Hi, I just read your bio and I’m sorry you went through that and were bullied. Please do not feel alone in this- most of us in this world went through some difficulty that still bothers us and most people worry what others think of them, especially the people that we care the most about. I have been practicing the concept of ‘not caring’ lately, and if you try it, you will see that it provides so much freedom. It doesn’t mean you are inconsiderate or don’t actual care about others- it just means that you don’t let what others think of you impact you so much. Trying to read others minds and constantly please people is an impossible war to win, and ultimately it works against you, as they will sense your insecurities. So practice a healthy independence from trying to get the approval of others, and instead seek your own approval. You can research this for more info-just look up the topic of not caring what others think. It’s very inspiring to see how freeing this actually is!
