Over the past couple of months my mental health had been improving and my psychiatrist has been reducing the dose of my antidepressant (fluvoxamine). About a week ago, I started on the lowest dose in a long time and since then, I've noticed that I'm constantly on edge. I get irritated easily too and this is concerning me. Does anyone else have experiences about being tapered off of antidepressant medications? Is it temporary? Is it my brain getting used to the lower dose? I'd greatly appreciate answers.

It is very common. You are going through withdrawal. If it is causing problems in your life such as working with others I would talk to your doctor about slowing down. Otherwise it will probably go away.
