Overwhelmed and weary

Going through a really difficult season right now. Been trying to stay strong these past 6 months. Christmas was hard and today. Feeling overwhelmed.

Dear Friend, I get how you feel. It's ok to feel like life is hard. There are times of the day when I feel the same. I try to look at the simple things in life like trees, flowers, animals. I laugh while watching comedy films and try to remember that we are all in the same boat. I'm also seeing a psychiatrist and am on medication. Previously I used to think that medication would solve all my problems but now I realise it's more of a daily battle and it's ok that way. I pray to God to give me the strength to move forward in life. You are not alone.
