I’ve been away for a while. I wanted to work on taking control of my anxiety. I’ve been learning to live better with my Generalized Anxiety Disorder. GAD. My doctor wants to refer me to a specialist. They’d be able to better analyze what medication I needed and provide counseling. I’m hopeful.
This will always be my life. I accept that. But I won’t stop fighting for a better one.
