Today, I again felt like, I am not able to speak up for myself or for my rights. I am so sensitive. I take people criticism personally.
I feel afraid from people. I feel like there is no cure for my social anxiety.
I feel so terrible. I feel like giving up.
I don't know what to do.
I am in depression and suicidal thoughts keep on coming in my mind everyday. I feel like, I am weak and will not be able to survive on this planet. I feel like, I am not made for this world. 😭😭

hey, buddy. listen, the condition you have might be similar to agoraphobia. it's when you feel inexplicable fear towards people. but, the thing is, social anxiety can be cured. you may have to visit a therapist.. it's completely natural to feel these things, because they are a disease after all.look, it's true, you may be weak. and that's OKAY. I'm weak too. but that doesn't mean you are alone. there are several weak people, you'll see around you. but they are surviving too. and trust me, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
there are times, often, i think too, that I won't be able to survive on this planet either. but you,me, people like us, who have severe anxiety have these thoughts naturally. so don't fight these thoughts. let them come to you. but don't listen to them either, because even weak get by and see better days.
for all it's worth, i think you are very strong because you decided to reach out and seek help on this site. that's not something just anyone can do. keep in mind, the very fact that you are aware of your disease mean you'll get better.
