Cause and Effect

You have had quite a number of responses, and possible “medication” suggestions. But, lister for that. What I haven’t read was if you have/had consulted a Psychiatrist, Therapist or other such licensed professional for your Depression and Anxiety? I know you follow the Holoistic (sp?) approach but you have to start somewhere.😌 And, members can only give you suggestions; we are not physicians . What works for us individually may not work for you.🧐.

I’m sorry. I was directing my reply to Karishma. I should have said that in the beginning and for that I apologize. 😔.

No worries. It's usually better to reply to people on their own post to make sure they see it rather than start a new post.
