The starting of my day matters

I realized that the past few days I've haven't been able to start of my day as I have been. I've had to get ready for visit first thing. So today I'm back to turning on my Christian music and praise the Lord. Praying checking in with the group. So far no anxiety. Have my 4 year great granddaughter and we are going to play with plants. How is everyone doing? Pray for peace in u all and to do something for you to feel good about you.

Prayers and meditation help so much. A therapist also once gave me advice that has helped me immensely too. He told me that every morning, as soon as you open your eyes, to smile. Not a little timid smile, but an absolute toothy grin. He said it's impossible to start the day off wrong when you start it with a smile on your face. 99% of the time, it proves to be true.
