My daily gratitude: day 1

You know sometimes its just good to look at what you have and be thankful for whatever you have no matter how small. So hopefully as a daily exercise for my own mind I'd like to share my daily thankful moments.

for today i'm thankful for being alive today and having the energy to even write this post and open myself to this community who has been so good to me for the past 12 hours I've been here.

I am grateful for the love of my husband. With regards to my depression, he is always there to remind me that I'm not as 'useless' as I think I am.
